C'mon people....

Something I've learned from using myLot and in my own experience with online earning is how obsessive people can be over a single PENNY. Many online programs will pay you only a penny (or a few cents) to do things such as install strange programs, click through multiple emails, or spend a lot of time doing lengthy surveys. I just find it amazing (and sad) how some people do so much for so little. C'mon people invest your time in better things! I'm not trying to say that you can't make money online. In fact, I've actually found some good sites myself that have allowed me to make large amounts of money. But what I'm saying is that instead of wasting time with PTC's and survey sites that pay microscopic amounts, do something else. Instead of wasting time trying to pursue the "mighty penny", get a new hobby, hang out with some friends or family, have fun. Life's too short to waste it away for a few cents, make the most of it! :)

What you are saying is very true and many of us are wasting our time and efforts for a penny or less. But pennies do add up over time. We are earning pennies by participating in these discussions too! So it's fun too. Also, it becomes a habit. I happen to like this hobby (mylot).

When i have better plans, i will be doing that instead of here trying to earn those few pennies. But on a night when there is not anything good on TV, and I cannot find a sitter, I may as well keep myself amused with something that is paying me for my time. Granted it is closer to slave wages than an actual paycheck, but still an extra few bucks come Christmas time is always nice.
