I work M-F 7-330, I have practice with the little ones Monday nights. We usually practice 5-630. I have the kids take breaks to get water and go visit with their parents for some encouragement. We play on Saturdays. Saturdays get a little chaotic for me. I have to coach 2 teams on saturday's and be a supportive parent at my sons games. He plays in a different age bracket from the ones I coach.

I'm only coaching 2 teams. One of which is an under 5 team. The kids on the team are 3 and 4 yrs old. I'm looking for some ideas on how to keep the kids engaged during practice and at the games.
