No filing of more than one complaint against the same official w/in a year.

- Why not, please? SC suspends impeachment hearing vs Ombudsman http://ph.news.yahoo.com/star/20100914/tph-sc-suspends-impeachment-hearing-vs-o-541dfb4.html It seems the existing law implies: "we can not fix the justice system too fast, we'll wait for another year to file any other case against the Ombudsman." I'm not a lawyer, I suggest scrapping the weaker case and file the strongest case first ... but then again perhaps it's only me ..." What do you think ?

Whether strong or weak, all cases if with valid basis should be filed regardless of the time. Justice delayed is justice denied. If our law does not allow filing complaint against the same official in a year then that should be amended.

I agree. Perhaps if the media people could notice this, they could get someone to get opinions from top credible lawmakers of the country. What do you think ?
