Dear all lotter whoever responded to a discussion at http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2397548.aspx this is the update. Well i went to them and finally meet with their manager on duty, i show them that wrong bill and prove of my reservations, and you know what? they gave me 25% discount card on any dinner or lunch order, and you all are right. now i will no more pay anything before checking out the bill double or triple times.

Handly customer complaints is very important. If they did it well, you should go back to their restaurant. Some places ignore my concerns and they will no longer have me as a customer. I post my review on Yelp.com. You should do the same. You get to inform others about the restaurant, hotel...and get paid :P

Glad to hear that things worked out for you with this situation, and hope the Best for you when you go there from now on. This goes to show that they care about you as a customer and glad to help you out. This does show a lot for the restaurant and should continue to warrant others there to continue to want to go there as well.
