I think the downside of having unlimited texts and calls are strangers calling in the middle of the night asking if you can be textmates/ Phone pals, or unknown numbers popping out asking for credits to be passed to them. Or some Modus Operandi stuffs. I usually get, unknown text messages with a jejemon type messages on my phone. People who does not have better things to do with their lives.

I totally agree with you. I also hate strangers who wants you to be textmate/phone pals. I am a busy person and I don't have time for this kind of phone thrills! Unless, if I know the person or if they are one of my friends, it is okay for me. Some other disadvantage about having unlimited offers is... it is a time restraint. Texting is so wasting your time. You need to type your SMS for 1 minute and even minutes causes a lot on your time. Calling on the phone means also a lot more especially when you talk that much, you'll never run out of topics to discuss with your bestfriend on the line. What I wanted to say is, you become a phone addict. You will have sleep deprivation (since most unlimited offers/calls/texts are happening at night). You will have more problems along the way when you are too focussed on the phone like you can't work well or study well, etc.

There is one number who keeps on miss calling me. Then I bombed him with blank text messages and he did the same thing too! Then, what I did, I spread his number in national bookstores and the back of Comfort room doors ( with posts it!) Goodluck to him!!!

And also what would you call them who would stand right infront of your office and ring you just to inform that they had arrived even when the secretaries are waiting right in front of them! What a wastage! It feels bad when technology is being misused, as you have mentioned and when the real urgency comes, many times we miss them out! That's sad!

That is really infuriating. They better use their heads on that as if they do not already know, you are at work. They should be just waiting on the lounge or reception and wait till the receptionist or secretary call you on your post.
