My mom is active on that. She donates cash because everyone seems to be asking donations in cash hahah LOL! MY mom likes to donate our used clothes too, shoes, everything you name it. She is a giver.

Yes i usually donate clothes and books... When i can i donate also money and food.

We usually donate most of our stuff to the battered women shelter here in town but also give to charities like Easter Seals.

Every Christmas I buy baby food and donate it to our local toy drive. I would donate more but I to am living on low income.

Yes.. I do help the poor. Like Beggars, house maids and mentally retorted people. i either help by money or by donating my old clothes. This is very easy way to practise. Just don't feel the Environment you are with. If you find the beggar and wana give him some money just do it. You will be appriciated.
