How do you like your eggs done?

I love scrambled eggs. But I cook it differently. I don't beat the eggs! What I do is crack open the eggs and put it on a low heated pan with a bit of butter/oil. After about a 30 seconds - 1 minute when the eggs are a bit cooked, then that is the time I mixed together the whites and the yolks gently making sure I can still see the yolk and the whites so when I eat it there is the fusion of their tastes . And then I add some herbs, salt and pepper. How about you? How do you like your eggs done?

I learned how to cook eggs that way from a magazine years ago. But they just call it "scrambled eggs"

I, too, prefer scrambled eggs. I like them cooked lightly, almost like the French method of cooking them in a double boiler, so they remain custardy. That being said, I'm too lazy to do it that way, so into the pan they go, but I do beat them first. Since I do like them loose and soft, it's low heat and watch them. I do sometimes add fine herbes, or herbes de provence. Sometimes I add other embellishments, e.g. cheese, veggies, etc. When I was younger, the town I lived in had a man demonstrating how to scramble eggs in a "5 and 10 cent store" window. He made them into a Christmas tree shape and that was amazing to me!

I don't exactly know; he used some kind of spatula and twisted and turned it. It was a miracle, I guess!

I do the same thing too with my scrambled eggs. I like that way better than beating them before cooking. As for sunny side up, I like my sunny side up with the yolks half cooked. I want the yolks to be saucy..

I like my eggs scrambled with some milk and orange juice mixed in. I usually make sure it's half-cooked, a little bit runny. I don't want it cooked "thoroughly" because it becomes a disassembled omelet. Omelets are good, though, but I prefer omelets really thin and almost crepe-like so I can stuff it with cheese.

I have never try your style of making the scrambled eggs. I like scrambled eggs, but I like it to be beat well. I'll add some soy sauce and pepper when I beat the eggs, then go and fry it. It's simple but I think it's nice. I also like sunny side up with the yolk is still not fully cooked, but already turned into orange color. I find it tasty as well.

I like my eggs scrambled or omlette style if I cook them omlette style I like to add a little cheese and tomatoe, mushroom ,onion and green pepper, a little salt and pepper. I don't really care to much for fried eggs especially over easy or even worse is sunny theres just something about eating a raw egg yolk that turns my stomache. And I don't like anything yolk running out of my eggs either ,so if I do eat a fried egg which is rare for me I cook it till its over hard and the yolks are fully cooked.

Hi! eggs is one of my favorite food to prepare because its so easy and fast to be cooked. Not only that its cheap, its also easy to be bought anywhere plus its healthy too when take in moderation. My favorite is omellete with milk, cheese and potato. Sometimes, i also add ham, hotdogs, crab meat or onions with it. Another thing is hard boiled with salt plus sunny side up, i love them so much! Good night!
