Are you using pullboy for your swimming routine?

Pull Boy - I really like using pull boy that you can swim without using your feet but just your hands while doing the strokes.

I really like using pullboy when doing my swimming routine, because it enhances my skills in swimming. I am enjoying using this. I bought this pullboy at around $4 but I wish to have the pullboy that has rope at the middle because that was the first one I've learned and yet it is more comfortable to wear it.

It's my first time to hear "pullboy". Is this like floats? How to use? I have seen the professional swimmer use floats when they were trainning. The floats could help them to practice the segregated movements. I want to buy a stuff like floats to help me to learn the butterfly style. Maybe I will try pullboy. ^_^

Here's the pullboy you can see it on this image below This is the float of where you can put it between your legs while your hands is working in swimming. While you are doing this you don't need to kick. It is a good practice so that you know how to balance yourself as well. When you practice it then you can try to swim without using this pullboy. Then try to swim just using your hands without kick your feet you can actually do it.

It depends on his instructor if they will required to have it or they have it already in swimming lesson. Because in my case when I enrolled the advance lesson they have the pullboy already at the swimming lesson.

I just used and learned it at advance swimming class. At first I was afraid but then now I am enjoying using it. Your body is like waving while you are only using your hands when doing the stroke.
