One of the featured news of CNN today was about the balloon of Paris which help them guage if the air is clean Floating 150 meters above the Parc Andre Citroen, in Paris's 15th arrondissement is the Air de Paris, a giant tethered helium balloon telling Parisians how good or bad the air quality is. You can chack out this link to read more http://edition.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/europe/09/19/paris.balloon.air.quality/index.html When the air is good, it glows green. When it so-so, it glow orange and red when it's bad. Sad to say if my country would imitate this balloon and put one in Metro Manila, I think it would always be red. I guess we should get one for our country. That way people will be more conscious of keeping the air clean. If your country gets one for your city, what color do you think you'll get?
