Google Adsense account

I tried to get the google adsense account since last 6 months but they are not giving me the account. Is there any restrictions for this account? Have you got adsense account. How long it took to get this account for you? If you know anything about this please let me know or if there is any other way i can get it.

There are one of the most difficult companies in the world to work with. I am very disappointed in the incredibly terrible customer service. I am having trouble with them as well not responding to my account requests. I really hope their poor customer service catches up with them. Good luck to you.
