A genius, no doubt. But I don't think I'd pick him out as a canidate for the wisest sage in the world. I don't think wisdom is about shear intelligence. It suggests being able to give good advice about things in life people may ask you about.
Sure, if I had a problem with a black hole in my garden I'd probably go ask Steven, but really...

You can be wise and genius at the same time. If you had a black hole in your garden you wouldn't need to ask steven becase your garden would be gone.

Yes, of course you could be wise and a genius. But the point is they're distinct concepts. Steven is a genius but I don't think he's particularly wise.

A Wisest man on the earth is the one who has learnt to stay Aloof of all the six "vices". Naturally the inference from this which flows is, Saints or yogis are the wisest men on this earth who are realised souls and they have learnt to rule over their minds which is otherwise with we mortals, our minds rule us and we become victims to the "six Vices".
I hope you that people clearly know the difference between "wise" and "Intelligent".
Intelligence is not a sign of a wise person and nor does a wise person need be intelligent always :).
