does any one knows a good place to publish my written stories?

I like to write stories and want to find a great place to publish it so viewer can read and comment on them, does any have idea where I can do this? I hope that I can write great stories in the future so I really would like people worldwide to read it and see how i can improve on it :) I like writing romance stories and comedy

Gather and Wattpad are two places that have a lot of stories and allow you to post your own. They're both free to join, and have groups for writers. People can also rate each other's work. You can also put your writing on Scribd, but I don't know if that's a good place for getting readers. It's free, though, so it wouldn't hurt to take a look.

You could try writing a blog. There's loads of free providers if you have a look on the web.
It might take a while to build up a fan base though. You'd need to make use of your other connections to get things started. Also, try to get other blogs to link to yours.
