We had several deals and unfortunately.
He broke them all.
As if he doesn't remember all our deals.
I did tell him about his shortcomings but he always tell me to just wait.
It's been months now!!
He was a good friend of mine back then. Although, after doing this to me, I wan to effin' punch his face.
Options:
I could freakin' cut his head off.
Or you could tell me another way of sorting things out.
Help me decide. :)

Rule No.1- Never start a business with your siblings. It will also start a divisiveness in the family.
Rule No.2- Never start a business with your friends/best friends.If problem arises, you will definitely become enemies in the end.
I clearly remember these rules during my college days. That if ever I have to start my own business, it will be 'sole proprietorship'. There may be downsides of being the sole owner of your business, like going solo in dealing with the headaches of your operations, manpower concerns,risk exposure and the like. But you, being your own boss, do not have to consult with anyone especially concerning financial matters or dealing with "life threatening" situations.
I believe, no matter how understanding you are, no two individuals are alike especially when it comes to decisions. Your view may not be always right even if you think you are right or vice versa.
As for you mok, keep it cool. I really don't know how much money is involved here or maybe you reputation is at stake. Give him a deadline. Find a venue to discuss your concerns and make 'justifiable' arrangements. Have it in black and white. But if both of you could not find a way to solve your issues, ask for a mediator, a person who knows both of you well or better yet, get a lawyer.

I know that. I'm just really frustrated when i typed in my message above. I wont be doing anything like that. I was just exaggerating.
I discussed it with him. Still, no change. Haha.
