Are there any football widows or widowers out there? Is this time of year you least favorite? If so , what do you do whe your partner is seeing football? Me? I like football so this is a good time but I always wonder what people who hate football do this time of year.

Hello stranger! I feel the same. Football is ok but I love , love hockey. I feel sorry for those who hate these sports but I can understand it. I hate basketball.

Are we polar opposites? If the first date was a hockey game , i would be in love with him by the second period, lol!

Well since I am also a football fan that would be difficult to say what they do with their time....I love this season. It's my number one when watching sports on tv....Bonus today! Viking's won. Seems they finally showed up to play football! Woo Hoo!

Hello Sararuthbeth. Football season started in August here. Mu husband is a fanatical football fan and goes to watch his team every weekend. When his team is playing at home he offers to take me, I sometimes go because I like football but other times I choose to do my own thing. Saturday afternoons are great for shopping, he's away at football so I think I'm entitled to treat myself and have a girly afternoon shopping etc. Most men here would be lost without football, they get withdrawal symptoms during close season

I love your football! I iam getting pointers from a freiend on the English League! Here our footbal starts in Septemeber . There are pre season games in August but I don't count them. The guys and some girls are lost without football. It is my sister's favorite sport. Me? I prefer hockey. Well enjoy your girl's day out Cheers!
