how do you contact MyLot Admin?

Yesterday, I advise my brother to contact the admin, to solve problems being faced by my brother. My brother can not make a discussion or respond to discussions. But my brother does not find a way to contact the admin. Did you ever contact admin? how do you contact MyLot Admin? I want to know from all members of MyLot. Thank you.

It looks like there is a problem with contacting them right now. Maybe Alice will see this and explain what is going on, because when I added the subject, I should get a box pop up to explain the situation, but nothing appeared..

Okay, I see, but have you noticed there is no, "I am having problems posting?" So how is her brother suppose to get help?

whenever i am selecting any subject from dropdown box from contact page.. i am getting explained information in bottom of that page.. !!

yup.. there is "other" option their .. we can select that and we will get box to write our queries to admin and send... its working fine for me :)

But I do not find a place to submit a complaint to the Admin MyLot, I just found some problems that are available.

well.. you just have to use drop down box ( you will find it at bottom of page) to select your query.. if you want to submit some question to admin select 'other' from that dropdown then you will get textboxes to submit your query... hope it it will help you :)

Yes, I have tried it. I will tell my brother. Thank you for your help. Hopefully the problem my brother may soon be overcome, so my brother could return to activity in MyLot.

i ever try to contact them. but they only giving a set of problems that we may encounter, there they also had provided the answer. i can only make it if i start a discussion about my problem. but unfortunately till now i still face the same problem. and it seems they can't fix it up

I have thought for a while to contact admin, and I was think how I could do that when you brought this matter. I wanted to ask for admin to pay my earnings into my paypal unverified account though paypal is not operated in my country. Since I have an account, my earnings could be deposited into my account and I can purchase things electronically using my paypal account. I am not too sure, how we could contact admin. There is no prompt in our accounts we could email them our questions. Very very good and timely question in deed, thanks my friend.

Down at the bottom of the page is 'Contact'. then you go down to the bottom where it says 'please select an option.....' It may take a while to hear back from them. Be sure to put all the detail you can into the email you send. Such as when this starting happening and where. All the ins and outs of it. Also what browser you use and all about your computer. Your welcome.

I have manage to contact the admin of my lot or whoever attended the contact services at this link and they would either reply or not to your issues. But they stated they receive it. You could try this link and their is a selection of the issues you like send them or if not among the selected issues . You could directly write them on the other as you scroll down. I think it is not much difficult to contact mylot admin. I think you may read mylot guideline and there are also a form which can you fill up and send your quarries to mylot. After sometimes you may get an email my mylot admin related to your quarries.

indahfth, I see that other members have provided the contact help you need. May I also suggest that while you are in your account you too send a contact support also for your brother. Reason why I say this is because from the discussions I searched for you the other day regarding the family members who were erroneously banned and then got reinstatded. I think if you too contact for him giving admin the example that when you log in to your account it is separate. Double and supporting information expediates things. Good luck to your and brother with this.

Hi Indah!. I personally have not contact mylot admin because I feel I don't have problem so far beside mylot running really slow at certain time. I hear you can contact admin Alice at mylot, but I forgot the link but our senior member maybe know it. maybe just wait their stopping bay in your discussion. Good luck and I hope your brothers can solve his problem soon.
