Facebook has outsmarted most of the social networking sites

I think Facebook has been on the upward growth over last couple of years and has outwitted all the other old social networking sites. I still remember the Hi5 days, it used to be so complicated to use Hi5 and yet we didn't have much of the choice. Then one fine day I came to know about Facebook and since then I hardly remember the last time I might have signed into Hi5.com, or Orkut.com.
There are so much of application and user-friendly template that anybody can get accustomed to it.
Hence, is it going to throw all the other networking sites out of market. I think by outsmarting them Facebook has proved it is capable of doing it.
What are the opinions from myLotter??

I think facebook has already taken over the social network world! They have even come out with a movie about Facebook, can't imagine what it would be about. Facebook is definately the best social network out there as far as user friendly, available applications and games are concerned but I find I get very bored with it very quickly. It is still an excellent way to keep in touch with family nad friends.

On getting bored with Facebook - So true! :)
For last week, I didn't even bother checking it.
I'm trying to slowly move away from it.
It just offers this easiness to look for classmates from way back. If not for that, I would have totally given up on it. :)

Yes, I have alreday pulled away from it. I had in fact deleted my account but now have it back. I have no applications on it that doesn't come with it and I play no games now at all. I just use it to keep in touch with my friends and family. I rarely sign in at the most once a day to check to see if I have any meassages. I have found better things to do online, lol.
