Daydreams are healthy & natural. It is good to be creative, envision different scenarios, solve problems etc. If you are daydreaming about, for instance, being on a lovely beach, this aids relaxation & lowers your heart rate etc. Keep daydreaming!!! (Unless you´re driving or operating machinery LOL).

I have thos problem all the time. My daughter always sway her hands in front of my face. is there a reason for this.
