Hello Everyone, Lately, I wonder why men ask me to choose where to meet. Why can't they? I mean that the last two dates that I had, one was in a noisy coffee shop (The guy didn't want to raise his voice) and the other guy was an hour late. So whatever happened to men being a gentleman and choosing a place to date that has nothing to do with their apartment.

i have two opinions here: maybe the guy is just trying to know where or what you would like to have when the both of you meet... and next is that i'd say the guys you meet probably just do not know how to ask a girl out. hehe

What I conclude, it all depends on the person. I know what you mean. Nowadays, there are no manners. When dating someone,it's like the roles that are supposed to be played are no longer in conceratin. In addition, it can be that the men are people who are incapable of making decisions.

I find this issue stange. Since you have no idea what the man's budget for the date is how are you supposed to know what to suggest. I guess that it might be considered polite to ask you where you would like to go but I think that is best saved in the event that the date buds into more of a steady relationship. Hopefully,we will get some answers from some of the men out there.
