Do you usually lose your sleep? And how do you defeat insomnia. If there are any good methods to improve my sleep. Thanks!

I usually lose my sleep when some guest is about to arrive the next day.Iam in India so we get to entertain lots of guests and family members at our place and so to give my best the night before their arrival I lose my sleep.I also lose my sleep when I think and worry about something.I guess life is blend of both good and bad times so everyone loses sleep during bad times and sometimes when we are happy to an unlimited extent that time alos we lose sleep.

Yes, there are nights when i cannot sleep, i just stay with my eyes opened and i cannot sleep, because of a problem that is stressefull, or because of nothing. Usually i turn on the tv and i watch it until i am very tired, and so i close my eyes and in a short time i go to sleep. I search for something that makes me tired, i clean during the day, or i do something else to got me tired, to go to sleep faster.

I rarely have problems with sleeping. I always try to sleep on time. Even if I have problems with sleep, usually when I have to work overtime ... and usually, to solve I just read a book or newspaper on the bed

Reading a book or newspaper on the bed is a good method to deal with insomnia, i think.

Wear yourseld out during the day. Stress your body physically, like do a work out or run around. Before going to sleep, drink chamomile tea, then when you lay down to bed, don't think of anything. don't even think that you need to sleep. Also, if applicable, don't bring your work or anything that requires you to be awake, in your bedroom,or worse, your actual bed. By keeping away the activities from the bedroom, you're conditioning your mind that using the bed means you're gonna sleep, it will actually make you sleepy when you see a bed

Yes i do lose my sleep sometimes. That's usually because i have a lot of work to do at home or at school. I sit up mostly at late nights so that i can complete what work i have to do or assignment or project it could be anything. I usually listen to some of my favorite songs if i don't get any sleep or i take out my most boring class textbook and start reading and withing few minutes i am like...zzzz... Cheers!
