Kris Aquino to leave Pilipinas Win na Win

Confirmed alright. October 1st, 2010 is her last day in her show Pilipinas Win na Win.
She also cleared that she did resigned or quit but was asked to leave the show to make room for new male hosts.
Well, I don't know what to feel since I just watched the show on the day it was first aired and for the rest of their two months on TV - I was with Eat Bulaga. 
So there would be new male hosts. I wonder who are those guys that would replace her.

Whew! Have not heard about this news. Well, I am not a Win na Win fanatic, that is why. Though I admit I am watching it sometimes. I was wondering why they have many hosts now. If I am not mistaken the noontime show just started more than a month ago. Now, Kris will be leaving just to give space for new male hosts? Just an observation, it seems that shows of ABS CBN cannot beat the shows of GMA particularly Eat Bulaga. What I heard was that Panahon ko to will now be aired 10:30 am then Showtime then Win na Win. My opinion on that changes is that, Panahon ko to will be aired before Asar Talo of GMA. Then Showtime with Eat Bulaga. It is a strategic way to compete in catching viewers. That is why ABS CBN has to air their show 30 minutes earlier before the shows of GNA 7 starts. However, such changes is not working because if you think of it, it is about the entertainment value and the people who are in that show matters.
Ok! It is not because I am promoting GMA 7. Come to think of it. People still remains watching Eat Bulaga because the staff had established a good reputation that they value more of the people viewers. It is an institution of sincere people.

Hi, maean. ABS will always have something in their mind and I was also surprised to see Panahon Ko To changed it's airtime. Where Luis will have to compete with his dad's show.
Eat Bulaga has been with us for so many years already. And they also have gained many respect from us filipinos because they are the longest lunch time show now.

I watch able to have a glimple (a few minutes) of the show and that was when it was just starting and sadly it's not something that you'll get excited with when you watch a variety show. I had a feeling that if the hosts continue with that kind of format eat bulaga could easily beat them as far as ratings are concerned. True enough, when i changed channel it just seems that i prefer watching eat bulaga and i didn't really like eat bulaga at all. Well it seems that willy seems to be the missing link, eat bulaga has been reigning the noontime shows for ages until willie came along so lets wait and see if willie will be able to make it with the ratings when he starts his own show on abc5. If he beats eats bulaga then i can say he's really got talent.

Hi, Ybong. Willie is bittersweet as a host. People wants him and hates him at the same time. And he is very controversial and that's what the audience looks forward to everyday that's why they are glued to WoWoWee.
Cristy Fermin said on their show Juicy that Willie will take over the slots of primetime so most likely, his show will be against TV Patrol. He said that he will not take the noontime slot in respect to Eat Bulaga. But let's see.

I am even very curious about it because I don't know how it will run since they say that Willie's show will rival the time slot of the news. But let's see.
I really know why Willie have this "gift" of making the masses think, like what you said, that the money is from him. And I have to agree with you about the timing and his jokes. He's good in that.But attitude always supersedes talent. And look where he is now. With a multi million case to attend to.

Kris Aquino is not fit for this show. I like her best on talk shows. I believe that is where she excels. Now for this Pilipinas win na win I believe Pokwang can be the lead host of this show. She is funny and has that mass appeal. A male host is not what the show needs. Just make the games more entertaining and I believe they should remove the other hosts. Just leave Pokwang and get male hosts as support but they must be just as funny as pokwang but not as bastos as Willie okay!

Hi, salonga. I have to agree with you and LK. Pokwan's potentials are being overlooked. But I kind of like it that somehow, she is still being suportive. I just hope that ABS will give her a chance.

A male host to lead the show is not what they need I mean. They can get male hosts but they must be support to Pokwang only. Remove the female co-hosts who know nothing but to yell.

Hi TU, from my own standpoint, it is very apparent that the entire project's really unstable from the start. I'm quite sure, Willie must be having his set of last laughs about it.
However, I'm sure ABS will be able to sail through all these crisis.
Just a suggestion. Maybe they should stick to traditional formats like the one in Eat Bulaga, because still for me, Eat Bulaga's far more entertaining than any show I've seen.

True. Even if the performances sometimes are like almsot the same but there's just something about Vice Ganda that we can't get tired of watching - for now.

just heard about this news last night at SNN boy abunda confirmed it also. I think she will be replaced my 3male singers such marco sison, rey valera just dont remember the other one. i dont experience watching the show though so i dont have any reaction why kris would leave the show.

Before I start answering this I must first say that the show does have a problem. I believe that the problem with the show is not really with the host entirely but mainly with the quality of their games. They lack the support and participation of their audience as well as the sympathy factor that Wowowee brought on screen. I just hope that their decision to change Kris Aquino would help change the way the show runs, but as of now I really doubt it unless the person replacing her has the capacity and charisma to draw attention back to the channel.

Yeah. Though let's admit that Kris has this "commanding" effect in like everywhere but she can't everyone. The audience are participating "for the sake" and not because they want to so it's really awkward.

since my mother in law is staying with us for a while now, and she is a fan of abs-cbn shows i can say that there is no hurt done if kris aquino will leave the show. for me i like the way she host the show for she is the only one there with a touch of class. the others are from wowowee already so there is no new. who male host will replace her, willie? har har har

Hi, 7. There are talks that Marco Sison, Rey Valera, Nonoy Zuniga and Rico J Puno are the ones who will replace her as host.
You are right,it will not matter if she leaves or not. Though she's good at hosting but their ratings are on mercy.

Wow. I haven't heard that news yet. I wonder also who would replace her, I do know that it is neither Cesar Montano and Edu Manzano because they have already switched to GMA7 so I am really thinking of celebrities that can match the star power of Kris that would draw Win na Win viewers. Anyway, I am not a fan of Pilipinas Win na Win either because I am a solid Eat Bulaga Fan. lol.

Oh... She didn't resigned but was asked to leave. I don't know what she feels about that. But anyway abs management did the right thing to do. Pilipinas win na win is a loss loss show. I mean wowowee was way better than it. I find it so boring and Kris just doesn't fit right.
I heard Rico J and other oldies balladeers will take charge anytime soon. I just hope they'll bring in some wacky to save abs's noon time show.

This is new, I have just learned this news from here. myLot is really updated even with the current events and showbiz news. Anyway, Kris Aquino is a better host in talk shows where she can express her feelings more. I hope the show will increase its rating.

Heard somewhere that one of the male hosts will be Rico J Puno. I still have doubts though if Win Na Win can improve ratings with this development.

whoever will replace wont matter, though I'm not watching the show neither the other, (i just dont like to watch local channel during the day hehe) again, it wont matter for as long as they're helping the others and making them happy it's alright. whoever the new host is, I hope he will continue to make the audience and our fellow Filipino happy and enjoy while helping them by winning. Good luck to the show... I am always a KAPAMILYA. :)

I don't know the ratings of her show against the show on the other channel. anyways, i wonder why everything about kris is such big news. what's the big deal if she is leaving the show. I'm sure she would have be given another show. as her station don't run out of jobs for their talents.

I think it is a kind of alibi for her to say to give way to those male or new face to explore in that field?
She want to make people ignorant. The truth is that she make that as a scape goat because it is clear the show was having a low rating that is why real time of the show was move...
I go with Eat Bulaga..I like the show

Yes i heard that she has left Win na Win and some of her co-hosts were on tears. Well maybe itsfor the good of the show. Ithink she does not fit in there because the show is more fort he masses.

i don't watch this show when it started even the Wowowee before... it feels not right for me i don't know why... i guess its because there's too much drama and its supposed to be fun to watch... i like ABS when it comes to their dramas at night and the ASAP set up... I like Showtime but there's something about this noontime show that is odd for me... i know my mom's gonna be angry at me since she's an avid fan but i really don't like their setup...
