So I have been wondering... since CDs are still sold in so many places, do people still buy them? Personally, I have not bought CDs for years, and I still don't. I get music in other ways these days, hehe! How about you guys? Do you buy CDs these days or not? Why, or why not?

I haven't done so in such a long time. I think I'm fortunate enough to be working in the music industry that I get to score some free cds from friends in the industry. I think the last CD that I bought was LOVE album by The Beatles which was the music from Cirque du Soleil, and that was what 3 or 4 years ago.

I dont remember what was the last time when I had bought the CD. If we are getting all the things on Internet then why to buy a CD & waste the money.

Yes, I do. I still buy CDs. For instance, I enjoy listening to classical music in the evenings after I get back home from work. I have a collection of CDs of classical music, Chopin, Mozart, Brahms, Johan Strauss, Beethoven, and more. I buy those CDs. I also like listening to classical music of other countries and cultures too. So, when I travel overseas, I buy CDs of their music.

Very rare, the last time was when we chanced upon the album launching of a local singer here at the mall. We bought his CD to be able to get his autograph signed on the cover and the the photo opportunity with him.

No, I don't buy CDs anymore. With all the technology and everything, it doesn't always seem worthwhile. I used to get a lot of CD's, but it's really been a while I've actually bought one.

Sometimes I still buy CDs especially those albums or singers or songs that I really like. I also appreciate the covers of the albums. Also, there are songs that I can't download, so I look for the CD instead.

Yeah , i still. Because buy Cd can help my idol win Golden Disk Award this December. We, fan of them and my idol really want this award, because it's the mark that my idol was truky popular in Asia. We're doing it right now. We buy as much as we can to help them win.

I don't buy cd's anymore. It's a bit expensive to buy one cd and considering the fact that there are a lot of good bands out there, it's better to listen to their tracks in television or through the internet.
