dear yugasini, i have been complaining from the office of the internet server about the slow signal i am getting. sometimes i get intermittent signal. i am already in and doing some emailing and the like, and then suddenly i get cut off. yes, it could really make you angry/upset if you are in my position. i hope you get your problem fixed. tomorrow, some people will be looking at the system to find out what is wrong. i hope my problem is solved. ann

Tigeraunt your signal could be intermittent because of where you have your router, make sure its near no other electronics as they can all interfere with your signal. Also, some houses have black spots, could be from radio interference, electro magnetism and so on but where ever you use the web most try make sure your router is in the same room and not sitting on a video recorder or radio or beside a cordless phone etc etc. Or also beside air ducts as companies can run unshielded wires through these which really degrades your signal. Hope this helps you best of luck

dear ronan, problem solved. the technical people had to elevate the antennae 10 feet more via a pipe mast because billboards were covering its signal path to the base station. all your tips are taken into account. thank you so much. ann
