what will you do to be thinner???

im just so worried because im getting bigger and bigger.. and the primary problem is my tummy, its just like im pregnant and i dont know what to do.. i already stop eating snacks, and still it becomes bigger because im in an office work, i sit 8 hours a day... what will i do...??

I understand you because I went through it too. My work also consist of sitting most of the time and add to that a lot of our clients treat us by giving more food. So the result is after a few months is that I notice my tummy getting fatter. One of the things I'm so conscious about is my abs, I like to maintain it fit and seeing that I am gaining weight, I took action. I exercise 45 minutes to 1 hour, 5 times a week doing cardio and strength exercise focusing on my abs. I also drink a lot of water so that I will always feel full and so that I will not resort to my food cravings immediately. Also I stopped drinking softdrinks and just replaced it with water.

To be thinner i will try to eat healthier and do more exercise daily.I feel that eating healthyer while still allowing yourself set amount of junk food or high fat and calarie food, this will allow you to better adopt to eating healthy.When i eat my meals i try to eat a healthy meal then have a small dessert of something that is less healthy than my dinner such as ice cream or a slice of pie.Basically i am not that overweight but i like to retain my current body weight and if i exercise every day my jogging i will stay healthy.
