7 fastest ways to lose weight

after doing some serious i got an easy answers for us who wish to lose weight.In fact,there are 7 of them,do u think u can manage them? 1. Drink water …2. Eat 5 times a day …3. Use weights …4. Use smaller plates in dark colors …5. Read between the lines …6. Keep a journal …7. Don’t punish yourself … im trying to get these 7 ways for some days now,i considered myself as obese in my age after i gave birth to my son 4 years ago..i even tried to drink some weight loss pills but nothing's happened,i hope this one will work..good luck to us^^

I've heard of three out of the seven- drinking water, using smaller plates and keeping a journal- but the others are new to me. Thanks for the advice. I'm crossing my fingers.

your always welcome...yeah,it is proven that drinking water has so many advantages not only for our health but also in helping us to lose weight..also try taebo(just watching in dvd @ ur home)it is also helpful..i hope this will work for you and me..take care

This is interesting. My sister had difficulty regaining her previous weight and size after giving birth to her wonderful sons. i think this is really interesting..coz gaining weight after giving birth is not easy,its really hard to loss weight that easy!i tried this steps just 3 days ago and continues doing it until i reach my goal.ive been searching in the interest of the steps and ways on how to loss weight since i gained a lot after giving birth also.Drinking a lot of water before eating is helpful and also eating fruits and vegetable,then eating 5 times/eating snacks in between meals(not too many)helps you not to eat more during the mean meal.before i am 74kls but now im in 60+ kls,i really have to admit that it is really not easy to loss weight right away.I even tried taebo through tv,it also works..i hope that this will also works for your sister.discipline is one thing we need to remember!good luck

Those are some good tips, but you should also mention working out. I definitely think it's necessary to work out at least 3 times a week to see results.

why dark color plates?it says that its a way to fight off the appetite.If you choose a smaller plates with a dark color,you cannot think of eating lots of foods u see in your table..red,yellow and orange are the colors you need to avoid because it helps your appetite to go sky high! i think weight lifting is also good in losing weight,esp if you fitness gym is available in your place but since i am the island,i think i will try to choose a darker plate way,maybe it will work for me..thehehehe
