Descrive one healthy habit you have

I have found out that humans are habitual beings. Our habits determine us and our future. If we have healthy habits like waking up early in the morning, smiling on people, chances are we will also develop even more good habits that will improve our life. What do you think? Do you have any positive habits that you would like to describe?

I take a bath daily. I eat less in the evening. I do yoga almost 3-5x a week. I pray the rosary every morning.

Oh, doing yoga is great! I do it from time to time as well, but I need to start doing it more often. It really makes me feel great!

I can seriously that I have a habit of washing my hands. I took a nursing class when I was 18 yrs. old and 3 quarters as a Culinary Arts Student a few years ago. When I tell you that knowing what I know now has made me a better person, IT HAS! And like I tell everyone else..."Before it can be sanitized, it has to be cleaned".

I guess washing up hands is a good way to protect from all sort of diseases because micro-organisms are gathered in our hands and then spread, that's a basic thing everyone should do I think. Thanks for sharing :)

I really make it a point to eat healthy things and to make sure that my hubby and children get good, nutritious meals. Also, I exercise a lot, walking and riding my bike. I'm not sure, though, if that offsets the effects of my not-so-healthy habit--I admit that I smoke. I keep telling myself I have to work on that one.

I practise yoga meditation every mornin an evening. I believe that meditation i helpful for mental anf physical health. Meditation daily has become my habit for the last ten years.

I have several: I try to eat a lot of fruit I wash my hands a lot I keep my house really clean I try to work out a little bit every few days I do not eat a lot of carbs etc. etc.
