does skinny get exercise everyday?

for me i don't know because sometimes they say "oh your skinny no need to go to exercise." well guys what do you think?

diet and exercise should come together to get the body you desire... skinny people still need exercise to strengthen the body's muscles, promote proper digestion, enhance blood circulation, and boost the immune system.. what kind of exercise do skinny people need? well you can go for jogging, curl ups, push ups, and weight lifting...

hi friend.. mostly all girls want a beautiful skin and structure..for that they will follow diet and excersice these things lead them to get nice skin..i mean girls work out to get tissue boys work out to get muscle ..so if your are having it already ..it is gift to you...you are lucky...have a nice time with us in mylot... ;)

You will feel better if you exercise regularly no matter what size you are! You especially need a good cardiovascular workout here and there, like at least 3 times a week. that will keep any heart healthy!
