how do you get muscle in your legs,butt and thigh if you are skinny?

when i held my thigh its like a fat so i want to build muscle on my thigh,legs,butt.How do you guys build your muscle in your thigh,leg and butt and what to do?

You can take up running and then use biking as cross training. Hiking also compliments these muscles. I am beginning to get muscles in my legs and all now that I have been running for a while. Plus you feel a lot better overall!

I did hiking last Saturday. My butt and my legs hurts. I means that the muscles there are working so maybe if you will hike you will form the muscles that you want. :0

Maybe running every day would do the trick? Or go the gym and tell the trainer what your goal is so he/she can prepare the right program for you. Also, you might want to try taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

hi this is a nice discussions..i like to view the answers from different people..me too like to impovrove like this..so first of all i like to say thanks to you ...thanks..and upto me..i think for this we need consult a beauticin and they will tell us some special excersice if we doit daily..we can get or reduce our mucsle from the particular place of our body.. i had read this type of news before a long time in a book..that is miss.universe lara dhatha has extra muscles in his legs..after doing some special excersice daily she got that title miss .universe...so im telling to you this now...all the best for ypur work..have a nice time with us in mylot...

first you need to take a look in your diet...your diet should be 50% good protein, 40% low glycemic complex carbs and 10% healthy oils...then do any cardio exercise 30-45min. with empty stomach in the morning and full squat and lunges in the afternoon or any convenient time....and have 8-9hours sleep..

Lay on your back and pretend that you are riding the bike while you move your legs into biking rhythm. The higher you lift your legs the better. It will also strengthen your back. For your butt do squats. If you have spare money buy a stepper from gold gym.

If you are skinny you need to eat more. That doesn't mean go out and eat burgers and fries. Eat healthy but more. If you try to go out and work out you will just be burning more calories and get smaller. Eat whole grains and lots of protein. Then hit the gym. Do squats, lunges, those types of things with as much weight as you can. Then you will build up muscle. Good luck!
