Are you satisfied with your body shape?

Many people now a days, keep track on their body shape they always go to the gym or have a controlled diet. I'm not that satisfied with my body shape, I still have a little fat on my tummy because of having a baby and I barely exercise. But i control my diet at home. Are you satisfied with your body shape?

Well, I am on a bulk cycle right now to get bigger, stronger, and pack on muscle. I am already a big guy so for me to bulk up even more seems crazy to some, but I love it. I like having a lot of muscle because of how confident I feel, I don't get injured as often, and obviously because of how strong I am. I used to want to be thinner because I was always picked on for being fat, but since I lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of it back as muscle, I feel like a different animal. My heaviest as all fat was 265 pounds. I still have some pudginess, but I have a lot of muscle mass. 345 pounds and still growing. I lift weights, and move heavy things constantly, that is why I am so big. I used to play football, but I became too much for the other people to play with. Also, it feels good knowing that I can move things that it takes several people, or a machine to do. As much as I try not to show off, I end up showing off. There are a couple of downsides like not being able to fit through things, everything breaks easily, and how expensive my appetite has gotten ( I love eating, and I am always hungry, and being able to eat more than my family is childs play). People always ask if I am a bodybuilder or a football player, or they talk about how big I am, or back off from saying anything wrong about me out of fear (it's easy to tell when they are nervous), or how when I walk across the floor, I can make things shake. I take all of this as compliments, and keep growing.

So, your body is your asset. I wish I could also have the time to visit the gym everyday to have muscles. I am a student and I really don't have time to work out.

I think most people, especially women, are not comfortable with their body shape weather their thin or not. I've always been on the 'chunky' side and after have 2 kids practically one after the other, my body just fell apart. With recent health scares and premature body pains I've been started to change my diet and I've been exercising a lot more. I'm at my heaviest now and I really don't like it. I still have clothes from high school (which were still considered plus size at 14 but is better then the 22 I'm at not) and I want to start fitting into them. I was 17 when I met my husband and I was at one of my best shapes (aside from being a child) and once I started dating him I didn't care much. So I'm pretty paranoid about my own weight even though my husband loves me just the way I am. I want to get healthier even though I know I won't have the Victoria Secret Model body that I always wanted. Hey, even looking like Kim Kardashian would make me happy.

As of today I am not satisfied because I have a fat into my tummy and i really hard to control now my diet especially if I am angry. I like to eat more to even i am full. But the result is now fatty. I gain more weight of almost ten pounds. I don't like this body type now not only for the reason of becoming sexy but it is hard to move i always feel lazy and wanted to eat more. Feel heavy. This coming week i had a plan to control everything and bring back again my intact body shape even I got 3 kids already and in mid forties.

I think you should eat more fruits with a lot of fibers or eat some oat meals in the morning.

Just a little dissatisfy, because I'm a little thin. I want to raise my weight, but it is very difficult. No matter how much I ate at a meal. My body is very good, but I don't know why I can't get weight.

You need more calories I think. That was my problem before and I even take vitamins everyday to gain weight, now, my problem is how to get rid of my flabby little fat on my tummy.

Hi Ellyse2003, What 's purpose of satisfied with your body for ? To make you more beautiful in front of people ? I think that It is hard to satisfy with ourselves because we can be pretty in someone's eye but ugly in someone else's. The important thing that we can be confident with our body although we are not a model. There are lot of ways to make ourselves more outstanding but disregards our body.

Not to be beautiful but to have my shape back as what my body is before. I am very confident with myself, just want to get rid the little fat from my belly (pre-pregnancy fat). Lastly, I don't wast to change my wardrobe because of that fat.

Not happy at all with mine. I'm trying to get to the weight I had before I had my son and my tummy seems to be the hardest to get rid of it seems. We recently got an elliptical and would like to get a gym membership since my husband gained weight along with me lol. I was not thin before I had my son just at a comfortable weight that suited me. Plus I think a huge factor was that I've always worked and when I had my son I became a stay at home mom and didn't do as much as I used to.

Same with my problem. I still have my tummy fat after giving birth. We mothers really need some exercise, there should be a club for mothers like us.

The answer is a big big no hahah, well I have the same experienced as yours. After giving birth through ceasarian section i have a little fat in my tummy. My daughter will turns 3 next month but still my old body shape does not come back. I am slim at that time before getting pregnant, well i hope my body shape will go back to the older one, must appreciate it really, lol.

Good to know. Hope your body shape will come back soon. I'm a vegetarian and eating vegetables is all I do, but I still have that pregnancy fat from my belly. Don't know how to get rid of it.

Satisfied enough, I guess! I'm not 100% happy with the way I look, but then again, most of the time - I don't even care enough to do anything about it. Haha. I wouldn't mind losing some weight, I just gotta put my mind to it! I would LOVE a flat stomach - and better yet - ABS! Some day!

hehe, better work out then to get abs. I had my abs when I was in high school, I always do the work out with my team (swimming team), but after stopping working out with them....bye bye abs, it was after a few months. well, maybe because I don't go out everyday I only stayed at home for the whole summer.

yes, i do satisfied with my body.it's because i don't care whether i gain or lose weight my weight will still be around the average.so if i lose a kilos or gain 2 kilos it does not matter.the shape is still there.just doing some regular exercise then i can keep and stay with the same body shape just like that.

I think i would be quite satisfied with my body shape as i don't get fat easily. Anyway, i too seldom exercise therefore, there is not much of muscles either. Maybe more exercise and proper diet will be the only solution to have a nicer and healthier body. All the best to you and may you have your body you desire in no time. Good Day!

Well, i am not satisfied with my shape as i am a little thin. I want to put on some weight. I have tried many things to gain some weight but i was not able to. But i had gained 7kg after joining gym but after 10 months i started to lose weight so i left gym and did not go there again, after that day my weight is still the same but i want to gain some weight

I don't know how can I help you about that but I think you need more calories in order to gain weight, more potatoes in the morning, eat rice, and more dairy products that can give you more calories.

Since I started gaining weight two years ago, I am no longer satisfied wit my body shape. I used to have a very slim figure, 110lbs and my height is 5'3". Now I am more than 120 lbs! And we also have the same problem, it seems that all the fats decided to stay in one place, in my tummy area. :(

Hello, I am very much satisfied with my shape. I am not too thin, but not too skinny either. I have an athletic body except of course a bulging tummy, which I've grown during the last few years of extreme study. I really don't think one needs an eight pack abs in order to be a good human being. I don't exercise, nor do I control my diet. Life is too short to enjoy. I just live my life to the fullest. Thanks. Hello Ellyse! I am also not satiosfied with my body shape, but even if i tried some diets and exercise a little, i still have some fat here and there..I'm in a good health condition, and i think that this is ok for now. The way i look did not creat problems for me, on a personal or professional level, and i'm sattisfied with how things develop in my life. I'm more concerned of how things will evolve on loner time, and i take care that this +fat is not getting bigger. I know i will never be skinny :((

You can control that through diet. I was able to achieve the body I want before but after giving birth, I have to work out again.
