not just mylotting of course. but the whole time that i am working or playing with my computer makes my back ache. my chair is not the ergonomic type and i have to adjust my body everytime. but it's just hopeless at times that i cannot find the right position where i can be comfortable. do you have any specific techniques to avoid back pain or to stop it?

Seem like your bone are not good enough, try to consume a vitamins for your bone. It's not about your positions but more to your body, specially your bone. If you can fixed it, that pain won't comeback or it will reduce by itself. You need Calcium and phosphore for your bones.

While still young, we need as much as calcium for our bones.Even we doesn't grow up again, it will help us to face the ostheophorosis when we get old. Happy mylotting!!

My problem is not back pain. My fingers feel the crunch typing on the keyboard so many hours each day, at work throughout the day, and at home in the evenings. I need to give some time off to my fingers once in a while. Otherwise, they feel the pain so bad.

it may help if you soak your hand in a warm water with some salt just to relieve the pain. the warmth should be something hot that you can tolerate for at least 10 minutes. this should give relief to your fingers. and if you consider changing your keyboard to a much softer keys. i am very particular with my keyboard because i can type faster than usual and it disturbs me much if the keys are stuck and won't be pressed easily.

Maybe you should work the body, if you are too much sitting.

actually i am in both extremes. i walk 12 hours during my work. i have to see many patients the whole shift. then i go back home, sit in front of the computer till i pass out. well, that gives me the problem. the most difficult is, i'm a specialist and i cannot treat myself. :'(

Yes, I do have back pain while mylotting, but the way I remedy the pain is by putting a pillow behind my back, and it really does help. I have the paid in my lower back which is normal for a lot of people. I will wake up with back pain, so it just sticks with me all day. It is so frustrating, as it is so uncomfortable as well. I will just keep using the pillow, so I can I don't hurt so much/ Take care, and happy mylotting.

share your pain with me. i hope i can help you more. i am doing some back exercises too. i do that while lying face down and extending my back 10 times for 3 sets if i can. at least tensing the muscles thru exercise will help in relaxing it after. and i take sometime putting hot compress for not less than 10 minutes on my back. take care too rosekiss.

Yes i had back pain quite some time while i am using mylot for long periods of time. However back pain comes from not siting in correct posture but not from mylotting and now i am quite comfortable position so i am not experiencing much pain nowadays! Cheers!

from frustration, i put my computer beside my bed so i can type and do things with it while lying down. lol. i just can't help it. i need to rest my back rather than slouching in the chair or small sofa. so i did that just to complete what i am supposed to do on my computer with the comfort of my bed. cheers too.

yes, back and shoulder pain, and eye strains. not just from mylotting, but being on the computer in general. sitting in the right position helps, but we all don't sit up straight. i think this is something we will have to deal with in the world of making money via the web. good luck with everything!

that's right. we should do some ergonomics and some addition to a computer worker's lifestyle. maybe we can put some exercise in between our computer works. and even stand and take a little walk every hour at least. just to release the accumulated stress in the whole body. thanks keshia.
