I had never used most of given below sites for Freelance Jobs, other than Elance and O'desk but you can research, read reviews and see if it's good and legitimate. 1. GetAFreelancer.com 2. Scriptlance.com 3. GetACoder.com 4. EUFreelance.com 5. vWorker.com 6. ELance.com 7. Guru.com 8. O'desk.com Just in case, if your BF is also interested in writing articles, he can check out sites like : 1. Triond.com 2. Factoidz.com 3. HubPages.com 4. Associated Content.com 5. Bukisa 6. Okay, tell to your bf to apply in odesk, because this sites looking for people beyond computer expert like graphics design,web design and many more...but he needs to pass exams and illegibility test before applying any jobs there... Have a nice day!

Triond also has a freelance page. I checked it out yesterday and there were some cool offers. You can try that out.

Why don't you register your bf in the sites like elance.com, freelancer.com or odesk.com. These are the best sites where you can get plenty of freelancing jobs. Hope this helps you!!!
