After getting into trouble with the law of the games when they sign him, I don't believe that Chelsea will sell him off and for free. My guess is that either the rumour is false or the player refused to sign a new contract.

He is an amazing player and a few clubs have already showed interest in him but I don't think Chelsea will let him go, they went through so much to get him in the first place and has so much potential. Also I heard about him somehow counting as a homegrown player which Chelsea could use.

I haven't heard about this player before, but if my favorite team, Bayern signs him then I hope he will do a great job. But I heard many rumors about many players who were linked to Bayern and never got to play there. I heard about Shaqiri being on the Bayern's shortlist and Uli Hoeness hasn't denied this, he said that he will say after the group stages if Bayern wants or not to buy a young player from Basel or not. And Shaqiri said that Bayern is a dream for him and hopes to be playing soon in their jersey. Let's see what is going to be from this. But I strongly believe that Bayern doesn't need a midfielder, they need a good replacement for Butt in the goal and there is rumored that they have managed to reach an agreement with Manuel Neuer. I hope this will be a fact after Hans Jorg Butt retires, because I have a strong confidence in both of them, they are both brilliant goalkeepers.
