Please Help Me! I Wanna Gain Weight!

I really want to gain more weight. I don't know what happen but my weight lost from day to day. Ok it sounds silly but I know i am losing my weight. I want to be healthy. I am 21 years old female, I am 4'9" (150 cm tall)(short, i know)and my weight is 38 kg. I want to be more healthy than this. What do you think the suitable weight for me? And the most important what should i eat to gain more weight? I eat like a normal person, but my weight didn't increase. And yes, i am an active person. My parents always think me as a children just because i am being to small. I want to gain more weight and look healthy to look more promising, so they realize i am now 21 years old not 12. Please help me.

For being normal weight, usually the calculations was tall minus 110 in centimeters.So you need about 4 pounds or 2kg. You said that you are an active person, means that you need more proteins and carbohydrate on your food.But my suggestion is try to eat 5 kind of food like rice, meat, veggy, fruits and milk.

The best things you can do it to eat healthy and exersise. Food rich in protein is important so you can build muscels. Remember that being healthy is way more important than your weight even if it's a few ponds over OR under the "Normal" weigtht!

Potatoes are very worth to gain weight. Eat chips with ketchup daily. I personally gained 3KG weight in a month just by eating Potatoes daily. :)

Hi, daisy, don't worry about your losing your weight! My daughter is 24 and she thinks the opposite! If you have some fears about your health, you can visit a doctor. But if you don't feel ill you can just eat a normal food like you do now. I'm sure that you look great! And your parents will always think of you as a child. In fact you are their child:))

eat foods rich in protein so you can gain mass in your body and have a daily exercise try to develop your muscles because muscles are denser than fat you can gain weight if you have a well toned muscles
