Be in the World but not of the World!

I see your discussion this way, I do not belong to this world, the Lord is allowing me to live in it. As per God's intention I am to live here momentarily and do good. By this I mean help all others and be there for those in time of need. One day I will return back to my home, God's kingdom having proven to him that the journey he set forth for me was accomplished. So this is what I understand from your discussion how can live here yet not be a part of it. So you see being part of the world means contributing to it and helping it thrive. So my contributions to the world means setting a good example, surviving no matter what the conditions are and helping others. This is where we prove that being part of this world is about, to me that it.

We really have no choice to live in this world because other than the planet earth, there is no place for mankind to live in. However, we should not live according to the worldly system by imitating the bad deeds of people. It is a challenge to do that because we use to mingle with different personalities in school, at world, everywhere. However we could succeed in living a life without spot of this world if we are living by Bible standards.
