how to arrange my profile

Hello, myLotters, I'm affraid that my question is stupid, but... I can't understand how to arrange things in the HTML sortie of my profile. I want to put space between my links and banners but after I close the edit mode they "auto-arrange". Please, give me some help! Thanks in advance.
