The staple foods in our country are the rice and corn which are consumed with some dishes and some season fruits. The fruits are bananas, mango, pineapple and other variety which are available in the market.Other people in the remote villages of the provinces are making some banana variety like Saba and some sweet potatoes as their staple foods. I know that in every regions of the globe inhabitants does not consumed a stable food that are prescribed, but they just consumed what are ready to be cook and eaten. What do you prepare as your traditional staple foods? Can you elaborate your opinions?

I'd have to say that corn/corn syrup/corn products are a staple here because the govt. subsidizes them. As fasr as prepared foods, in the U.S. I'd have to say our traditional meals are hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, and fruit pies. I think ice cream is a staple in most freezers just as butter is a staple in every fridge. I'm from the NE and bagels are also a breakfast staple. Peanut butter and jelly is probably the most cliche lunch food for school children.

Thank you very much for the response.I have appreciated your ways to consume those food stuffs which are fitted to your ways of life. These foods are still consumed here but it it just for breakfast or side meals. It is really a traditional American food that hamburgers are made.In other places are those exotic foods that are unusually very tasty to their appetites.Have a nice day............
