of course i am proud to be a woman. we women are programmed for multi tasking. that explains y we can handle all matters very easily. the various roles we play are a perfect proof to this. i am a daughter in law too. cant deny tat. arent u a mother yet. i am a proud mother of a beautiful daughter. i used to hate feminity, until the arrival of my daughter. she has changed my life, the way i think and react to anything. now i'm a lot more sober person. wt do u think. having a child mellows u down.

so u have had first hand experience of kids caring and all. well, yes, very correct, as you said, the child brings about a change in your atitude towards life.. so do you meet this kid regularly.. i used to engage lots of my neighbours kids when i was with my mom. one girl always stays close to my heart. i see that girl in my daughter.t hat girl used to be with us all the time. she literally grew up in our house. i sometimes call my daughter with her name and though my daughter does not know anything about it. she responds to the name called. that girl has grown up now, and she does not remember me. her mom moved away when she turned 5 yrs or so. later on i used to call her regularly and at once they changed their contact number, so i lost contact completely. i used to think of her all the time, when i was pregnant. i cant help but notice how my daughter is very similar in resemblance to that girl. my mom says its because i used to think of her during pregnancy period my child has resemblances. i don know how much of it to believe. do you think my mom is right.

I'm not a yet a mom....but being with a kid changes something in you...I did experience having to take care of my nephew when he was 4 months until he was a year and 4moths and now that he's 3 years, the feeling of love never goes away. He still sees me as his second mom and yeah i have learned to be more patient.

I know what you mean.. I feel like I can command my life if I want to.. It's not bad being a little cautious at times. It comes with the gender I guess.. We have to be more careful when we go out.

Of course, I am proud to be a women. I wanted to say about how lucky we are that we can experience childbirth but I read somewhere in mylot, a member ask that if the woman is barren, how would she worth so considering that, I would say that if we are barren or not, we stil can survive without the company of men (just go to the sperm bank to reproduce) but not vice versa.

I am proud, but anyone should be proud of himself or herself. We should all value life. Being a woman is someting that is better to a certain extent as we women experience pregancy and giving birth. Being a mother is more difficult than being a father. The pain and so on are heartfelt but worthwhile. I once heard a quote - a woman's heart is an ocean of deep secrets - and I believe that a woman's heart is so much more intricate than a man's, a woman feels more and cares more in general.

I'm not yet a mom but judging from my sister and my mom, I guess it's something difficult but wonderful at the same time.

I don't know if I'm proud of it. I'm only ever proud when I achieve something that's important of me. Those things I'm truly proud of. I think it's better to say that I am glad that I'm a woman. I like being feminine and I can't imagine being a man. But my gender is not something I think about all that often, I can be friends with both men and women and understand them as people. Also I can relate to both men and women, I like movies with both male and female protagonists and emphatize with them just the same. Bot I definately wouldn't want to be a man, I think there is unique joy in being a woman and having children and that unique bond I definately want to have someday.

yea I am...there are moments when I say...hell I wish I was a man. they don't have any problems. but I love the fact that I'm a woman: I have so many choices...I what concernes fashion, I could change the way I look every day, according to my mood, whereas men don;t have so many choices. we are the ones who give life, aldo it's hard and so on...so there are many reasons that make me proud cuz I;m a woman
