Diet is one of the best thing with exercise and sports. One should always try to know what one eats. I think it is good take lots of fruits and healthy food. Fruits and vegetables helps to reduce weight and are very healthier. Walking is one of the best exercise one can have.

hehehe i am that too. i always think and say that i go on a diet because i am getting very fatty again. but it is very hard to do it. there always something that make me eat more or i not have time for exercising more. i still have school and it help me get mind off food because of assignments and exams. but when i free to do things i love to eat and think about food. i wish you very goodluck in your try to go on diet.=)

I love to eat to, but i think that's not only pleasure in my life! School wants to learn you to do exercise. Take advantage! This is good habits. I have fitnes card with 5 more visits and i want this week to take it and in the end of the week to be 3kg minus :)))

Hi, I love eating, I eat and eat and eat but I am not fat.They say my metabolism is fast.I was so thin before I got pregnant. Now I have a 2 year old child and I am starting to gain weight, my friends told me I am becoming fat and I hate it, I dont want to become fat,gaining some pounds is just enough. But I have one problem,I have belly fats,it made me conscious I cant even wear my tight blouses and dresses.I tried to lessen my rice,no soda and cold drinks and jog early in the morning but sometimes I can avoid to eat a lot.And sometimes I am too lazy to get up and jog. Good for you you are seeing some results but me?still no result. Keep it up:-)

Hello cherryamor :) You have beautyful avatar! About jogging you have to be dogged and you will see results. My fitnes instructor told me that fats on belly will remove only with diet and exersice. Only with jogging is very difficult. Try to stop fried foods only :) Good luck!

Dieting is good. But avoid fasting. Avoid fried foods, junk foods, fries and carbonated drinks. And also, drink lots of water. And important one is exercise. I reduce my 7 kg in 10 days. I have strictly control my diets and make exercise.

I have heard for Beyonce diet. She loss 8-10kg. in 10-15 days. I read about this. Good luck. Beyonce diet is hard to complete for me :) I am on diet already tree days and i feel good. Sleep eight hours and i am get enough. I do not weigh. How much do you lost already with your diet?

I think I'm going to try to go on a diet as well, starting tomorrow (those are the key words: starting tomorrow LOL). I wouldn't mind losing about 30 pounds all in all. Is that all you're eating in 14 days? Just oats and milk? Well, I might have misunderstood..But good luck to you regardless of what your plan is. I hope it works out!
