Everyday life is going more challenging. And to meet the expectations of everybody the pressure of work is increasing. But how long a human brain can work or how much pressure it can handle? It is found that we are getting bored with our work, whereas it is impossible to avoid work. To go on working we need to remain happy with our work. when I feel bored with my work, I do use some tips to avoid boredom. I play music for a few moments or simply leave my work-station for a few minutes. What do you do?

hi , been employed for more than 20 years . there are times i got bored with work but i always put on music in my work station and i am always looking forward to weekend outing or simply bonding with my kids on weekend. When totally exhausted i stop what i'm doing and eat or simply have a chat with friends or eat.

Hi JackRoy, Pressure is a part of work. No one can avoid it. The important that how we control it. I understand your status. If we can not be happy with our work, it is impossible to well complete our work. To avoid pressures come to me as the same time, I often create the comfortable feeling in my work by chatting, listening to music, watching comedy movie at my free time. When returning my home I forget everything related to work to enjoy family atmosphere.

Honestly, since I get paid hourly I just think of every minute that I am working as closer to more money. Plus I have a fast paced job for the most part so it is hard to get bored, but easy to get tired.

well, undeniably, today's lifestyle has become tuff and all we immediately get out of the day's works is a lot of physical as well as mental stress. but how about, when you come back from work to your home, someone is there is give you the warmest welcome? how about someone be there whom you van cuddle and pat, one who makes you feel loved. i am talking about a pet in the house and preferably dog. his heft wag of the tail will delight anyone's tired and text pained eyes. their excited, naughty acts will take away anyone's stress in a blink of an eye. at one moment humans may fail to fulfill their duties but well loved pet never will. it is scientifically proved that having a pet is a sure shot stress buster. for me they are one of the most important parts of my life. even when i am sick never pass up an opportunity to take mine for a walk...it actually helps me recover very fast!!!!

Despite the fact that we're already adults, I do play games online just to release my boredom at work, this I do when I have no work loads at hand, boredom comes when my hands and brain is doing nothing and I need another diversion to release those boring moments. If I can't do the playing thing, I also listen to music and stretch my muscles or closes my eyes for a min or two. These are the things I did when I need to break boredom at work.
