well i only use an antidandruff shampoo and they are doing great. well because my hair/scalp is prone to being wet i use it at least twice a day.

Have you tried a shampoo that is formulated for dandruff? You can try nizoral anti dandruff shampoo,it works for me. Remember not to use a comb that is being used by someone who has dandruff too. Keep your comb clean. Add vitamins to your diet,like vitamin E,A,B and Zinc. Avoid excessive use of styling products too,like gels,mousse etc.

Head and Shoulders shampoo has anti-dandruff shampoo. So does the shampoo Selsum Blue. I don't know if they sell those shampoos where you live though. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water so your skin does not get dry. Being hydrated won't cure dandruff, but it can only help.
We have Head and shoulders here but I'm not really familiar with the other one.

When I was in Asia I learned that using an Aloe Vera is good for curing your dandruff. Try it, hope it works.

Only Aloe Vera. Nothing else. I am talking about the slimy juice inside the plant. It woks well.

hey use a intensive dandruff lotion for a weak and you will of the dandruff. but the problem is that it will come back again. so regularly have to use some normal anti dandruff shampoo. try avoiding eggs and like things.

You just really have to decrease the intake of foods that have high cholesterol levels. When shampooing, massage your scalp with finger pads not with your finger tips. Do this in a circular motion.

I am also suffering this dandruff for a long time. Since i was in grade school. As i read in your post i think it is possible to improve our dandruff by using that fresh aloe vera.
I will try that tomorrow before taking a bath. And i hope to feel the difference. Its so itchy to have this on my scalp.
