there are a lot of earning opportunity on the net but if you need a lot of money, maybe paid survey is better to gain extra income online but the surveys is not always available in all country ,take the free surveys than the paid one, also try gpt site and affiliate marketing, you can try everything first then decide what is the best for you

Yea? Thanks but everytime I go and sign for paid surveys,they tell me that you get paid cash but after sighing up its always "points". Points won't pay for a doctor's visit. But thanks for reply. And if you know of a survey site that you can tell me that you know first hand(and won't keep giving me 20 questions only to say that I didn't qualify)and getting real cash let me know. Okay?

I use a lot of different survey sites. I have a list of them with links on my website at http://www.thefrugalreview.com/p/make-money.html . Most pay either by check or paypal and a couple pay by gift card. They are a nice way to bring in extra cash.
