For a long time the feeling of dissatisfaction has plagued me with only brief moments of reprieve. I would do something about it except that I don't know what the problem is. I have changed my job, even tried not having one (lol), changed my hair, eaten more or even less. Got very busy and even took time to find myself yet this feeling of dissatisfaction still plagues me in some sly moments. I have no idea what I am doing wrong or not doing. I have been the life of the party then the plain Jane gazing out the window. All this seem to be me. With changing moods I seek out excitement then absolute solitude and still these moments of dissatisfaction still plague me. What am I missing???? Have you ever felt like this?

Keeping the mind calm may be a way to solve your mental problem. I have had similar problem some times. And, "Yoga Meditation" was very helpful to me. I have been practising meditation every evening regularly after I get back home from work. That has been very helpful to me for attaining peace of mind. You might try that too.

Often times when we cannot find fulfiment and happiness from the things around us we have to look inside and see what is missing. Have you taken time to inventory your life, goals, and desires? Many times we can get caught up with what we do, how we look, and where we live. Society as a whole place much emphasis on these things. While trying to keep up with expectations, we lose sight of who we are as a person. Do you believe in God? If not perhaps that missing piece is waiting to be found. If you do believe, then maybe some time set aside to renew fellowship may help. Are you doing these things to please or out of expectation of another person? When we lose sight of who we are and what we want in life, often we will lose our direction as well. There are many things this could be, but when altering external factors does not fulfill the need, then looking internally may offer the answer.

Well I am a christian and yes I spend time with God. I think its more of something missing which I have not been able to find yet. Like I keep trying to find my place.
