Different fruits contain varieties of nutritions. Then which type of fruit do you like best? Do you know which type of nutrition does it contain?

I like Pineapple, Banana among all fruits. Different people may like different types of fruits but I like mostly Pineapple and Banana.

I also like pineapple very much. I have heard that pineapple helps in losing weight. I am trying to lose weight by adding more fruits in to my diet. I think fruit salad is one of the best diet one can have to lose weight and to keep one self healthy.

hmm.. it depends on my mood really, sometimes a fruit is a favorite, sometimes i hate it, sumtimes its just so-so. anyway, generally, i always like apples - high in fiber and antioxidants. i also like watermelon, also high in fiber, great for dieting, contains a lot of water and low calorie =)

Watermelon is good for health. I love watermelon. Watermelon cost less during summer time and is healthy and also keeps the body cool.

I like grapes, mango and banana. I don't know really what type of nutrition they can give to us but I know there is a lot of good nutrients we can recieve from all fruits. Make a habit to eat a fruit daily.

I love mangoes and peaches. I'm not sure what kind of nutrition they contain though. That might be something I should look up. Welcome to mylot

I also like mangoes. The mangoes are very tasty and some of them are less expensive during the season. I also like raw green mangoes mixed with salt and chilli for with rice.

I'm afraid all I know is that bananas have potassium and oranges have vitamin C. My favorite fruit is the orange. I also like mango... but I don't know what nutrition it has. But I do know it has sugar.

I especially like the sweet and juice fruits, such as pineapple and watermelon. I don't really pay attention to its nutritions because fruits are already very healthy for us. I love China

I love almost all fruits except blackberries and raspberries, because of the little seeds. My favorite fruit to eat is fresh pineapple. Pineapple, is one of the healthiest fruits around. I have done some research and that's my conclusion!

I love water melon red and yellow, apple, pears, orange or ponkan, grapes, and so on. But now a days all we have is banana. We add banana to our shakes that we all know already have lots of nutrients. Check my website: www.perfectdiet.multiply.com

I think pineapple is a good fruit. It has plenty of fiber, vitamin C, and phytochemicals which fights off free radicals that cause cancer. It also have the enzymes bromelain which is an anti-inflammatory agent. So if you have sore throat or gout this free is good for you. But I don't eat much of this fruit because it makes my tongue and mouth itchy. And sometimes I will developed rashes on my tongue. Maybe I am allergic to it or maybe it is the texture that hurts my tongue. I like best is banana and grapes. Because it is easy to eat. and it has many benefits too. Banana is a rich source of potassium, why maintain the normal water level in our body. If we have deficiency in potassium we will urinate a lot causing the body to flush out more minerals and nutrition that our body needs. Then grapes have anti-oxidants too but I am afraid that this fruit contains plenty of fructose.

I like a multiple fruits quite a bit. My favorites are probably clementines, kiwi, grapes, and cantelope. But like I said, I love all fruits haha

I'm crazy for sliced green mango especially when dipped in sauteed shrimp paste or natively called "bagoong" in the Philippines. It's my notion that every fruit or food for that matter that taste sour has vitamin C in it.

I love fruits like: 1. banana 2. apple 3. grapes, the seedless kind 4. strawberries 5. oranges I love fruits that are sweet.I love fruits for dessert.they are nutritious.I can get my daily dose of vitamin C and minerals from fruits.

I like all the seasonal fruits, all fruits generally contain vitamin c, fibers, roughage and natural sugars for energy. we usually have apples and bananas on daily basis. since these 2 are available all thruout the year.

I love strawberries a lot...it is delicious and nutritious and contains vitamins too. I like water melon too.
