I never sleep 8 hours, wish i could. U must be extremely run down to feel that way. Maybe u need to get a checkup from your doctor. Vitamins might help u feel better to. Hope u feel better soon. Have a great sat.

i think that you should undergo a sleep study to rule out any disorder as sleeping is the resting stage for our body especially the vital organs, sort of a rejuvenatory period. Being exhausted after a night's sleep is rather a questionable aftermath.

Hi, This means you are not having quality sleep. There are a few factors that may be preventing you from having that. Worry has a crucial role in insomnia. Sometimes there may be some disease in some part of your body that works as a localized irritant and reduces the amount of quality sleep during night. In such a case, you have to first treat the disease and cure the organ. Sometimes the environment in our sleeping room isn't conducive to a sound sleep. You can read http://www.bukisa.com/articles/375418_how-to-go-to-sleep-when-youre-insomniac to get some comprehensive suggestions on that. Sometimes your mind stays over-active even when you want to go to sleep. A certain amount of exercise is needed to have a good sleep. But overdoing it will only get you into trouble. May be you are exhausting yourself more than you should. Insomnia is a grave issue and one should take it seriously. If necessary you should consider seeing a doc. If you have a history of worry, stress or depression, then you should consider consulting a therapist. Chronic insomnia can upset the normal function of our brain and may even put us on the verge of insanity. So let's not take it lightly. Thanks. God bless you.

Its normal. Over sleep can also makes your body weak. You should balance your day with enough sleep and other activities as well. If you still felt exhausted after long sleep, try to do some workout and you would definitely gets refreshed after sweating.

Hi! I understand your problem! Maybe you need a new bed(more confortable), new pillows or maybe you have a problem with snoring(If you snore a lot you woke up tired because your body make a lot of strength) Well, that's what i think, try to sleep more, listen to music that relax you! I hope it helped you! See you! Good Lucky

Sleep makes us relax, restore health after working hard. But Sometimes we feel very exhausted, we want to wake up but we can't, we feel we have just woken up but then we continue to sleep and feel more exhausted. I think if you see that case again. You should try to wake up and walk around before sleeping again. You should do exercise everyday, play sports, have a good diet. Don't work so hard. Have a reasonable rest mode.
