hi guys^^ imagine that your lover buy something ugly^^ do you tell him you hate it? or not so he wont be sad? ahah what do you do?^^ about me i would say thanks so muchy^^ and i would say i like it and wouldnt be a lie^^ bcs what matters is that he remembered to offer me something^^ so i would use ahah^^ anyway^^ what about you guys?^^ i guess would use also or keep it right?^^ please share^^

regardless of what it is you don't like, it is still the thought that matters. I wouldn't want to hurt my partners feelings and so i would just accept it. However, if my partner knew me well enough then they would know i wouldn't like it and so it would never have been bought

craigy yes is true^^ if your lover knew you well she wouldnt buy something you didnt like but it depends. imagine she sees something and think he will like and then you didnt? sometimes that happens^^ anyway im happy that you would accept it anyway bcs what matters is the good intention of the person^^ i agree with you^^ even if is ugly what we receive ahah^^

exactly, even if i didn't like it there were still good intentions and i wouldn't want to hurt her feelings, that matters most to me.

yes^^ what matters is that she remembered to offer you something^^ thats the most important^^ i can say that if i gave something to my bf and he hated it and said to me i would feel sad even if i dont show it or deny it. so i dont think i should say something^^ should smile and accept bcs if he gave me that even looks ugly has a great meaning^^ that he loves me and i dont think there is a better present than that^^ like beast of beauty and the beast even he looked ugly she saw the beauty of his heart^^ like the present looks ugly but was bought with love^^

Well I would tell her that it is really sweet of her that she brought this and I like it very much but anyways she wouldn't bring such a gift as she knows me very well and she understands me very well so she knows what I like and I don't like...

I might try to use the item a few times just for his sake but it might be hard lol especially if it was an ugly shirt or something. I remember my ex bought me a shirt once that was a pretty fuschia color and it said Red head I'm on fire. I have very low self-esteem and I was so embarassed to be seen in that shirt with people thinking I thought I was hot when I so clearly looked awful. I usually liked all the things he bought me but once in awhile there were a few I didnt like.

no...I would never tell him. it doesn't matter what he buys...what's important it's his intention :).I like to give gifts but also to recieve so I would definitely appreciate it knowing that it comes from the person I love

thats cute bcs that way you wouldnt hurt him^^ he didnt need to know that you didnt like it^^ better just accept and say thanks and be happy^^ what matters is receive something^^ what means that he loves you^^ so thats cute that you wouldnt say nothing or he could be hurt and avoid to buy you something next time again^^ you are sweet^^ and sure give and receive is great^^

It's hard but i prefer to be honest because i can change for another thing that i really like! That happend all the time with clothes, but someday they will learn what you like and only buy cool things that you like it!

we are good lovers at last ,so now she is my wife .
if my wife buy something ugly,frankly i often tell straightly tell her but with a sunny smile it's so ugly ,of course she will make complaint about what i am saying and say such words as "ugly?ok ,throw it out " ,it's worse that she will hit me on the back slightly,but i will use it and treasure it .

thats good that you are in love with your wife. is good that you are honest with her. sure she be a bit sad but im sure that she appreciates your honesty. and you save it so you are sweet. happy day to you too^^ and yes im very sweet when i like a boy but till now never was appreciated. i guess that guys dont love girls that are so sweet. i guess they prefer sassy girls that dont care much for them ahah
