Drink milk?

One of mt friend told me that drinking milk before going to bed will prevent you from having insomnia... Is it true?

To some people they think it is true but for me. it is not since i have lactose intolerance and get diarrhea even small amount of milk is bad for me. I rather tired my eyes watching marathon movies or boring movies or surf the internet until I get drowsy. Taking a bath before bedtime work for me and even listening to soft and slow music like a lullaby to me.

You would need very large quantities of milk to have any real effect whatsoever.

Hot milk will indeed make you sleep easier. It's a fact as old as the hills. Of course you mustn't be lactose intolerant or you'll be sleeping somewhere else but home and not so easy as you think.

I don't know if it's true.But some says that drinking milk helps your body more healthy.That's many recommend drinking milk before bedtime and after bedtime is good.:D

......yesterday i drunk a glass of milk and i couldn't sleep, i felt nasaus like i was throw up and when i tried to sleep,i kept getting up looking at myself in the mirror like something is wrong with me.I didn't feel good. Is this normal? ...
