I do not work well with others

i just realized something i do not work well with others especially those who use their employee level or authority to power trip i've been battling with my "supervisor" the past couple of days and it seems like he can't win any argument hehehe

You are great I agree with you but do that real need more courage. you are brave enough. so I admire you very much because i find they use their employee very harshly to satisfy there selfish mood. some time i cant stand at all but because he or she is super or manager or boss I fear to speak out my inside idea. as you said it seems like I can't win any argument. some time I prepare to give up the work to debate his wrong, a big pressure on me because I am a employee. the only way is ask myself why i am not a boss!

here's a tip to get promoted 1. work hard and never be late or absent 2. document everything you do in the office (successes, failures and what you did about them) 3. present to your boss if he doesnt listen present it to his immediate superior work your way up from there and learn to identify the opportunities at work

hi chipesterkhan maybe you are right but I do not really know. I know my husband did not really work well with others but he was an ace running his own lawn and landscape company. So you have been winning the arguments with your supervisor, good for you but what does he think about that? Are you able to keep your job? I hate w orking with those who use their employer level to push one around. A good employer does not have to push his employees arouhd at all. they sense they are respected and they will respect a great employer.
