What will happen to the world when one computer will create another computer?

I was fascinated by the movie Terminator 4. It was like computerized robots can create other robots or assassins/terminators. What will happen if this becomes a reality. May be not in a evil way like shown in the movie. But just like that...If that is the scenario, should we get panicked or welcome the change?

Actually... Computers ARE making other computers right now as we speak. Almost all of the computers that are being done are done by other computers (the machines). Even though the computers that make other computers are alike our desktops and laptops, they also have their own processor(s), memory(s), hard drive(s), and other hardware. I am not at all terrified by this though, not at all! For now they have been in full control, but if you have seen all the Terminators, then you will now that it is not a computer that started a droid/computer/electronic rebellion, but a hi-technology protection program called "Skynet" that actually is a virus of some kind and takes control of all computers... If you knew this, then you should only fear Skynet, and not the computers themselves... Hope I could make some sense with all my rubbish text

What I meant to say in the "Even though the computers that make other computers are alike our desktops and laptops, they also have their own processor(s), memory(s), hard drive(s), and other hardware.", was that: "Even though the computers that make other computers AREN'T alike our desktops and laptops..." I hope nobody got too confused with all the nonsense that I am most of the time writing...
