New Ad Pages...

I haven’t been on MyLot in quite a while but I’ve noticed something new. When I went to log in there were about 4-5 pages of ad’s, surveys and offers. Since I clean out my cookies quite often it means that every time I log in I have to go through all these offers. I contacted MyLot to see if there is anyway to turn them off…but probably not. I know the ad’s are necessary to finance MyLot…and perhaps pay us more…but they annoy the daylights out of me. I end up just clicking on “skip this ad” all the way through but I also wonder about our personal information like email address and name.
Have you noticed these new pages? Do you fill them out? Do you think there should be a way to opt out of seeing them or should we just deal with them? Should they be viewed as a necessary evil??

I haven't come across this, so am not sure what is happening on your computer. Maybe it has something to do with Cash Gopher?

That's weird. I don't get any of those when I log on. Can't you turn off your pop ups? I don't know why it would bother anyone. Especially since we all know it is a necessary evil on these sites anymore. If there is a way to opt out then go for it. It might be difficult to do. Hope you get it figured out to your advantage.

No I have not but that alone will be reason for me to consider leaving..I hate that! Now I wonder if they sell your personal information?!
