how can you have a house

how do you intend to get a house? buying lot is expensive...building a house could even be more expensive..good thing there are government agencies who would help us in getting a unit and let us pay in 10, 15 20 or 30 years..........

Well if i have the money to buy the ideal house that i want i prefer buying it in cash because i can have discount and it will be a lot cheaper than renting to won one as i need to think and be stressed out every month for the payment for it.

aGree, if only i would have the money..i would rather purchase a lot and build the house of my own design. i know that it would also cost less. but since it would not be easy to get that big amount of money, i would need to settle foe the housing program and then if by chance i would have big amount of money, then i can always buy another house.

I would intend to save up a down payment to get a house, and hopefully with in the next year i can have my own house with my boyfriend and we can start are own lives with out are parents being around all the time and i think it would be eariser and more stress free for us since we dont' live together now its hard to get things done. I dont expect to build a hosue but buy a house that is already built and just go looking at them.
It is important to have your own house when you become an adult and since living with my parents and being at the age i am its not easy at all, i would lvoe to own my own home one day and saving money might not be so hard fo rme and the boyfriend its jsut us not using the money on other things that is the hard part.

Hello there! I intend to built our house the way were building it now. When I got married last September of 2003, I am so lucky because we instantly had a house that was being borrowed to us by my sister for free. Since she's having 2 boys and one of them is at marrying age already, she gave us a lot for free so we slowly build our house it little by little. I don't want to borrow money from any one because im so afraid to have any debt. What we're doing is to save, then when we have enough then we started to construct our house again, Im glad because we're now in the finishing stage, and I do hope it will finished early next year. Building a house is so costly and I just hope and pray that God will gave us enough opportunity to finish what we started. Good night and More power...
