i like coffee rather than tea. Tea tastes like fresh plant and its bitter. But if you are health conscious, choose tea instead. It has lesser calories. But its caffeine is 5 times more potent than coffee.

Different like and different people. Then all people like different like but i like a fresh coffee and discits(butter and cashuew) are more dicilious. and eating food like a shahee paneer and naan with pure ghee and drinks like a coffee and takeing soft drinks but time to time changes a people likes an after take time on differet ways.

I prefer coffee to tea.But i feel a cup of coffee a day will not do harm.Tea probably scores over coffee and is good for health.I've read that green tea is good for health.
